Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship Your Boots

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the boots show no signs of outdoor wear.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
